1. Processing Time
All orders relative to NicksNerds merchandise & apparel, is processed in partnership with Printify, our print-on-demand and fulfillment provider. Once you submit an order through our Shop page, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email from either Printify or our support team containing your tracking ID. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing & production, depending on product type and current order volume. If you have any questions or conerns regarding your order please email us at [email protected] It should be noted that any educational material purchased through our website such as our E-book, will be made instantly accessible to the customer after purchase in a digital/downloadable format. Once digital/downloadable products, materials, or services are purchased, there will be no refunds issued.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the specific items you order. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out according to the following general timeframes:
•Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
•International Shipping: 10-30 business days
Shipping rates are NOT included in the initial price of the product and will ne calculated at checkout based on your address and order details.
Please also note that the initial prices displayed for our products do NOT include taxes. The applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address during the checkout process. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your package’s journey. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or incorrect tracking updates, please reach out to us at [email protected] We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will coordinate with Printify to investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
6. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, additional customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. NicksNerds is not responsible for these charges, and they will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. If there is an error with your order (e.g., misprint, incorrect item), please contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll get in content with Printify to arrange a resolution.
