1. Membership Refunds
A. Monthly Membership Fees
• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to exclusive resources, consulting and mentorship services. By choosing a monthly membership, you agree to pay for each month in advance.
• You will be able to cancel your membership at any time, and if you choose to cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the cycle.
B. Model Package Memberships
• Our Model Packages includes access to model mentorship,digital tools, and brand exposure. Due to the consulting and digital nature of some of the resources provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted once access to the package content is given.
• Once again, Members may cancel their Model Package memberships and subscriptions at any time to avoid future billing.
C. Upgrades to Higher Packages
• Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new rate will be prorated for the current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for previous payments when upgrading. For a smoother transition into your upgraded membership package and to avoid overcharge, we suggest reaching out to your model mentor or contacting support before conducting any membership changes.
D. Exceptional Circumstances
• We understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe you qualify for an exception to our refund policy, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by NicksNerds will be final.
E. Changes to the Refund Policy
• NicksNerds reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage members to review it regularly to stay informed about updates.

2. Shop Order Refunds & Cancellations
At NicksNerds, we partner with Printify for drop shipping to fulfill all merchandise and apparel orders. Due to the custom, on-demand nature of these products, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy:
A. Order Cancellations
• Before Production Begins: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. After 24 hours, or once an item has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.
• How to Request a Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. We will then confirm with Printify if the order can still be canceled or not.
B. Refund Policy
• No Refunds for Size or Preference Changes: We do not issue refunds or exchanges for items due to incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or changes in preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.
• Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only available if you receive an incorrect item, or if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: To request a refund for a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We will work with Printify to resolve the matter and provide either a replacement or refund if approved.
C. Return Shipping
• Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping on any approved returns, unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Chargeback Policy
All sales are final. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will result in the suspension or termination of your account and membership. All chargebacks will be disputed by our team with supporting documentation.
